The CARLOS Podcast is built on a simple belief: real conversations matter. Hosted by Carlos Watson, the show creates space for thoughtful dialogue, curiosity, and reflection amid the noise. It brings together voices from across culture and leadership to explore the forces shaping our world — and ourselves.
Carlos Watson grew up in Miami, raised by public-school teachers, where a love of learning and conversation took root. He graduated with honors from Harvard and went on to Stanford Law School, where he led student government and served as Editor of the Law Review.
He began his career at McKinsey and Goldman Sachs before moving into media. Over two decades, he has hosted and anchored programs for CNN, CNBC, MSNBC, PBS, Hulu, and Amazon, interviewing presidents, creators, and innovators and reaching millions worldwide.
The CARLOS Podcast is built on ideas that matter:
Depth over noise - Conversations here aren’t soundbites. They’re thoughtful explorations that stay with you.
Curiosity first - We ask questions others avoid and sit with the answers.
Perspective matters - Not every viewpoint will agree, but every meaningful exchange deserves respect.
Community makes the dialogue richer - This show is as much about our listeners as it is our guests.
Join the conversation.
Listen in, reflect, and engage with ideas that go deeper than headlines.
